2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are free. Pricing depends on the size of the property, the number and type of windows, access, and the work required, and we explain it before work begins.

3. Access to your property

You agree to give us safe access to the windows to be cleaned and to tell us about anything that could affect the work, such as fragile items, pets, alarm systems, or known damage to windows, screens, or frames.

4. Our work

We use methods suited to each window. Pre-existing damage, failed window seals, scratches, etching, permanent hard-water staining, and torn or bent screens may become more visible after cleaning and are not caused by it. Our work is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, tell us promptly so we can make it right.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as stated in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due when the service is completed.

6. Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Pane Window Cleaning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Our services themselves are governed by the quote or agreement for your specific job.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
